Booking Terms:

A deposit of 50% of the total amount of your stay is requested to confirm your booking.

Cancellation and refund terms:

15 days or more prior to scheduled date of arrival: total refund less €20 processing charge.
Between 14 days and scheduled date of arrival: the deposit is not refunded.
Shortened stay: cancelled nights will be billed up to the amount of the deposit paid.
Deposits cannot be credited to future stays.
