Terms and conditions of sale
Definitions:
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “T&Cs”) are those of the company 3C (hereinafter the “Company”), whose registered office is located at 752 Goulphar, 56360 Bangor (telephone: +33 2 97 31 84 21).
The Company owns and operates the website https://www.castel-clara.com/. The website is hosted by OVH, registered with the Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register under number 424 761 419, with its registered office at 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix (telephone: +33 9 72 10 10 07).
The Director of Publication is Mr. Nicolas Boittin.
The website offers the Customer (hereinafter the “Customer”) the possibility to book and pay for rooms at Hotel Castel Clara (hereinafter the “Services”).
The official language of the website is French; an English version is also available.
Application of the T&Cs:
These T&Cs define the conditions for the sale of the hotel’s Services and apply to any order (hereinafter the “Order”) placed on the website by the Customer.
Validation of the Order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs. The Customer declares that they have received all necessary information for placing the Order on the Company’s website.
Ordering Services on the Website:
The Customer selects and books the Service(s) of their choice on the website. The Services are described and presented accurately on the Company’s website. The Customer may view the total amount of their Order at any time and is responsible for their selection of Services.
The Customer may modify their Order until it is validated. The Order summary lists the Services ordered and their price, including any additional charges (e.g., tourist tax).
At the end of the Order process, the Customer confirms acceptance by ticking the T&Cs validation box and clicking “Confirm my booking.” Certain offers marked “Non-modifiable, non-cancellable” require explicit acknowledgment of the obligation to pay online.
After validation, the Company sends a confirmation email to the Customer summarizing the booking details.
Online Payment Terms:
The prices of the various Services are indicated in the descriptions, in Euros, all taxes included. Unless otherwise stated or in special offers, additional services (e.g., breakfast) are not included in the price.
For online payments, the website uses a secure transaction system called STRIPE. This system ensures the confidentiality of the Customer’s banking details.
All data is fully encrypted and protected and is not stored by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Order in the event of non-payment, fraud, or attempted fraud.

Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services. By accepting these T&Cs, the Customer expressly waives any right of withdrawal.
Processing of Personal Data:
As part of its activities, the Company processes certain personal data of its Customers. The Company places great importance on privacy and takes all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of personal data.
The Company may collect the following personal data:
Email address
First and last name
Postal address
Telephone numbers
Banking details (cards)
The Customer consents to this data being processed for the following purposes:
Website management
Order management
Payment processing
Responding to inquiries or complaints
Newsletter management and distribution
Statistical analysis
Management of access, rectification, and objection requests
Management of unpaid invoices and disputes
Personal data is retained only for the time strictly necessary for the above purposes, up to a maximum of three years after collection or last contact with the Customer.
The Company may share personal data with administrative and judicial authorities if required.
In accordance with Decree No. 2011-219 of February 25, 2011, relating to the retention and communication of data identifying any person contributing to online content, the Customer is informed that the website host must retain, for one year from the date of content creation, the following:
The connection identifier
The identifier assigned by the information system to the content
The protocols used for connection
The nature of the operation
The date and time of the operation
The identifier used by the author
The Company collects the IP address of each Customer’s device to analyze website traffic and ensure no actions are taken that could harm the Company’s interests.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, and any subsequent regulations, Customers have the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to the processing of their data by contacting the Company at:

When using the website, the Company may use cookies. Visitors are asked beforehand whether they accept cookies. These cookies do not contain confidential information.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
These T&Cs are governed and interpreted in accordance with French law. In the event of a dispute regarding their interpretation or execution, the Customer and the Company will seek an amicable solution.
Failing agreement within 30 days, the parties may refer the matter to the courts having jurisdiction over the Company’s registered office.
